For once the video title is not just exaggerated clickbait. Really looks like the best seafood buffet in the world and for less than S$30??? Too bad it's all the way in Hokkaido and only for breakfast, for some reason.

The breakfast timing is a little odd for a buffet but I guess that's how the restaurant cuts down on ingredient and storage cost? Since seafood is usually caught and sold in the morning.

Oh that makes sense, and they get to advertise how fresh their selection is.

Good point and I think they must have really good relationship with the suppliers too because I really don't see how they can charge 30 SGD for a buffet like that.

Yeah that's a good point too. Usually restaurants can make up for low profit margins with customer volume but from the video, doesn't seem like that many customers. It's just a really good deal lol.
