I see them adding that famous super spicy Korean sauce to the chicken chunks. You gotta have high spice tolerance to eat that bread!

I think the bread will mellow out the spiciness abit. And spicy umami goes super well with bread, like spicy ikan bilis bun!

The appearance of the bread is quite cute but they look quite substantial also with all those chicken chunks. I can see local bakeries copying the idea soon.

Hahahha yeah that sauce is no joke but I think berry_good is right, the bread will balance nicely with the spiciness.
