well said. alot of those shopping centres will prob not exist in 10 or even 5 years time.

haha a lot of old shopping centers like beauty world and serangoon shopping center are sitting in good locations leh...

His video on Far East Shopping Centre was interesting too.



The vegetarian restaurant he featured looks good and the boss seems like an honest businessman who's managed to be successful. Not easy in the local F&B scene!

Used to visit Serangoon Shopping Centre quite a bit during my younger days. This video brings back memories.
