Love places like this. Reminds me of a small eatery my bf and I stumbled into when we were travelling around Osaka. There was no English on the menu, the old lady boss didn't speak English, and we still somehow managed to order a super satisfying dinner with pointing and various other gestures.

Another great HongisBored video from their old malls series. This time it's the slightly less well known shopping centre in the Bukit Timah area. Never knew it houses so many interesting shops and businesses!

I remember there used to be an aquarium shop in the basement. From what I can see in the video, looks like it's not around anymore. But at least Buddy Hoagies is still surviving somehow.

First thing I noticed too lol. Used to be a regular hangout for me and my friends after pool.
Many Indonesian food I've never seen or heard of before! Despite being their neighbours, I don't know that much about Indonesian food apart from ayam penyet and nasi padang. Okay he eats nasi padang in this video too but he orders a lot of stuff that are new to me.
